1. Admission and Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Our courses are designed for students, working professionals, and individuals wanting to learn English and Hindi. There is no age restriction, but minors must register with parental consent.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true and accurate details (Name, phone number, and email) during the registration process.

2. Fee Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Fee Structure: All course fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of the batch, either in full or according to the agreed installment plan.
  • Refund Policy: Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other student.
  • Missed Classes: If a student misses a regular scheduled group class, the institute is not obligated to provide a separate makeup session. However, support materials may be provided where applicable.

3. Class Scheduling and Batches

  • Batch Adjustments: The management reserves the right to change batch timings, alter schedules, or merge batches if necessary. Students will be informed in advance of any major changes.
  • Holidays: The institute will remain closed on national holidays and specific local festivals. These closures are already factored into the overall course duration.

4. Code of Conduct and Discipline

  • Respectful Environment: We maintain a strict policy against discrimination, harassment, or abusive language. Students must behave respectfully toward trainers and batchmates.
  • Termination of Admission: The management reserves the absolute right to terminate a student's enrollment without a refund if they violate the code of conduct or disrupt class discipline.

5. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

  • Study Material: All notes, PDFs, audio/video recordings, and vocabulary sheets provided during the course are the intellectual property of AJ Spoken English & Hindi Training.
  • Prohibition: Students are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, selling, or distributing our training materials publicly or commercially.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Learning Outcomes: While we provide top-tier training methods, fluency depends heavily on individual practice and dedication. The institute does not guarantee fixed employment or specific exam scores.
  • Technical Issues: For online classes, students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. The institute is not liable for disruptions caused by the student's network failure.
